In the beginning of a project, our Business Case is used to demonstrate the expected impact of a development process. WorkshopsNINE provides support with workshops for clients aiming for new innovative heights. A workshop with NINE is an efficient way to gather the organisation’s different functions (such as marketing, logistics, production and business development) to discuss, brainstorm and gain consensus on goals and priorities in product and packaging innovation processes. Implementation support
Time to market is key, but to reach the market at all is even more important. NINE has the experience to facilitate implementation to successfully launch new products within the targeted time frame. We coordinate materials, machine suppliers, rebuilds and trials of new packaging. This is a service we provide so that our clients never lose valuable time in new product development projects.
